The large play areas are an invitation to have fun with the other hotel guests and with our caregivers. Guests will love our outdoor courtyard where they have the freedom to run, play and stretch their legs. Guests can also take this time to relieve themselves and enjoy some fresh air.
The garden itself is fitted for a high resilience and safety for your dog. All trees and grasses in the garden have been selected due to their absolute tolerability.

The suites at Dondersteen Resort are designed to properly accommodate your pet, fulfilling the highest demands. And, of course, each of our guests will have an individual suite for him/her.
Our suites are extremely functional and representative of our especially high standard in hygiene and cleanliness.
All used materials were carefully selected and give the interior a noble touch.

Swimming pools
In summer each play area has a little swimming pool to cool off whenever they want; and then we have the large pool where we will carry out activities always accompanied by a caregiver.
Air conditioning
Our entire facility is completely airconditioned and relaxing music is played around the clock.
High-end central air conditioner, air circulation system and air purifier are equipped is equipped to provide constant fresh air and temperature/humidity in the indoor areas.
Within the resting area, room temperature will be set at 18ºC~24ºC all year round.
Safety, materials and finishings
The non-slip decking all areas guarantees an optimum grip for your dog’s paws.
Our guest rooms are built with a french door (10mm strengthened glass) on the front side.
The garden itself is fitted for a high resilience and safety for your dog. All trees and grasses in the garden have been selected due to their absolute tolerability.
Fire protection
Our facility is guarded with ceritified fire fighting system which meets the safety standard.
Our guest rooms are built with fire resistant materials.
We also have an evacuation protocol and a lighting system marking emergency exits.
